The eminent domain ruling is ridiculous. I think that everyone agrees on that. And nothing makes me happier than this story:

Group proposes to build “The Lost Liberty Hotel” on Justice Souter’s property. Included in the development will be the “Just Desserts Cafe”.

I can’t wait to see how this one plays out.
