This makes me want to bust out my old GI Joe collection and have myself a battle. I could probably recreate the Gun Battle scene in Heat.
Al Pacino in Heat sounds hilarious to me right this moment.

Heat is one of My Favorite Movies Ever.
Al Pacino screaming and making a round gesture with his hands: “Maybe she’s got a great ass!”

And then Pacino goes on to shout “And you’ve got your head all the way up it!” And continues whith something about how he doesn’t know what comes over him when he thinks about women’s asses. Hilarious.
Pacino is such a hack now, but in ‘95 all that shouting was so excellent.

Did you read the Times story today about the Koolhaas / Prince-Ramus split with the protege taking the entire 35 person O.M.A. New York office staff with him?
No hard feelings? Sure.
And as for his starchitect status, “…(Koolhaas) said that he didn’t seek this status, that stardom had been pressed on him by a media culture that craves major figures. ‘ In America the cult of celebrity makes the reality of a partnership harder to maintain,’ he said.”
